1. What is Baasha Bhai Studio?
We are a creative studio specializing in high-quality architectural modifications (MLOs) and immersive scripts for Grand Theft Auto V (FiveM). Our goal is to provide unique, lag-free environments that help server owners stand out.
2. Are these mods compatible with RedM or Single Player?
Currently, our products are specifically designed and optimized for FiveM. We do not officially support Single Player or RedM unless specified in the product description.
3. Are your maps optimized for high-population servers?
Yes! Performance is our priority. All our MLOs include optimized LODs (Level of Detail), occlusion walls, and compressed textures to ensure high FPS even on servers with 100+ players.
4. How do I receive my purchase?
We use the Tebex (CFX.re) Digital Distribution system. After payment, the assets are automatically tied to your CFX.re account and will appear in your Keymaster under "Granted Assets."
5. Which payment methods do you accept?
Through Tebex, we accept a wide variety of payments including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and over 50+ local payment methods depending on your country.
6. Can I transfer my purchase to a different CFX account?
According to Tebex policy, assets are tied to the account used during checkout. If you need a one-time transfer, you can do it from your Portal.cfx, if you want you 2nd file transfer, please contact us via Discord.
7. How do I install the MLOs/Scripts?
Download the Map from your Portal.cfx.
Drag and drop the folder into your server's resources directory.
Add ensure [resource_name] to your server.cfg.
Restart your server and enjoy!
8. I bought a map but I see "flickering" or "missing textures." How do I fix this?
This usually happens due to resource conflicts (another Map in the same area) or your Texture Quality settings being too low. Ensure you don't have overlapping MLOs in that location and that your server build is up to date.

9. Do you provide "unlocked" files?
To protect our creative work, all files are sold locked via the CFX.re Encryption System. We do not provide unlocked files unless specifically stated or negotiated for a custom commission.
10. Can I change the logos/posters in a map I bought?
Yes! We offer Custom Branding services. If you want to replace our default textures with your server’s logo or specific text, please open a ticket on our Discord to request a customization quote.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is a technical defect in the product that we cannot fix, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
