1. About Us

This website (baashabhai.com) is operated by Baasha Bhai Studio, based in Pakistan. We create digital resources for FiveM roleplay servers: 3D maps (MLOs) and scripts. You can reach us at support@baashabhai.com.

By purchasing, downloading or using any of our products you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed by the third-party payment provider linked on each product page (for example Buy Me a Coffee). That provider handles your payment details and sends your receipt; its own terms apply to the payment itself.

Prices are shown in EUR. Your payment provider may show the amount in your local currency.

3. Products and Delivery

All products are digital and delivered electronically. After a successful payment you receive your download and license key by email, at the address you used at checkout. Each product page lists the frameworks and requirements it supports; please check them before buying.

4. License

Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the product on one FiveM server. Your license key is linked to that server.

• You may not resell, share, reupload, publish or give away the files, in whole or in part.
• You may not remove or bypass license checks or protection.
• Open Source editions may be edited for your own server, but the same no-redistribution rules apply.

Every copy is unique and traceable to its buyer. We may deactivate a license if these terms are broken, or if the payment is refunded or charged back.

5. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, models, textures, scripts and other assets remain the intellectual property of Baasha Bhai Studio. Decompiling, reverse-engineering or reselling our work is prohibited. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

7. Support

Support is provided through our Discord server and by email. We do not support modified versions of our products, except the Open Source editions within reason.

8. Liability

Products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or server downtime resulting from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
