Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

2. How to Request

Email support@baashabhai.com or open a ticket on our Discord with your order number (from your payment receipt) and a short reason.

Most problems are fixed quickly, so please contact us first: we are happy to help with installation or compatibility before you request a refund.

3. What Happens After a Refund

When a refund is issued, the license key for that order is deactivated and the product may no longer be used. Please delete the files from your server.

4. Custom Work

Custom map builds, branding and other commissioned work are agreed separately and are not sold through this store. Their payment and refund terms are agreed with you before the work starts.
